  • Nature of Business: Sale of sugar-free and sugar-alternative based sweets and confectionery.

  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

2. Eligibility By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use this site.

3. Products & Health Disclaimer (Important)

  • Sugar Alternatives: Our products contain sugar substitutes like Maltitol, Isomalt, Erythritol, and Sucralose.

  • Medical Advice: We are a food company, not a medical authority. While our products are "No Added Sugar" or low GI, diabetics and individuals with specific health conditions should consult their doctor before consumption.

  • Excessive Consumption: Polyols (Maltitol/Isomalt) can have a mild laxative effect if consumed in excess. We recommend moderate consumption.

  • Allergens: Our products are manufactured in a facility that handles Nuts, Dairy (Milk/Ghee/Mawa), and Gluten. Cross-contamination may occur.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking via secure payment gateways. Orders are confirmed only after payment receipt.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of food.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Timeline: We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery times depend on the courier partner and your location (typically 3–7 days).

  • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Damaged Goods: If your package arrives legally damaged (crushed/opened), please take a photo immediately and email us at mithaascollective@gmail.com within 24 hours for a resolution.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable Goods: Due to hygiene and food safety standards, we do not accept returns on sweets or food items.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only processed if:

    1. The wrong item was delivered.

    2. The product was damaged in transit (proof required).

    3. The package was lost by the courier.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website—including images, recipes, text, logos ("Mithaas Collective"), and graphics—is our property. You may not use, reproduce, or copy any content without our written permission.

8. User Conduct You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, fake orders, or posting harmful content in reviews.

9. Limitation of Liability Mithaas Collective shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by Indian law.
