1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• We bake/prepare small batches to ensure freshness, which may occasionally require an extra day of processing time during festival seasons (Diwali, Rakhi, etc.).

 

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of  ₹20 for orders below  ₹300.

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders equal or above ₹300.

• Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2 – 4 Business Days.

  • Rest of India: 4 – 7 Business Days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.

 

3. Courier Partners

We partner with reliable logistics providers (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Shadowfax, etc.) to ensure your package is handled with care. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

• Packaging: We use high-quality, tamper-proof packaging to protect fragile sweets (like Chikki and Cookies).

• Liability: If your package is lost in transit by the courier, we will issue a replacement or full refund after an investigation with the courier company (usually takes 48 hours).

• Damages: If your box arrives crushed or open, please do not accept delivery. Take a photo and contact us immediately.

 

5. Incorrect Address

Mithaas Collective is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
