Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our goal at Mithaas Collective is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your healthy sweets. However, as we deal with perishable food items, we have specific guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund 2 hrs from the time of placing an order. To cancel, please write to us at mithaascollective@gmail.com with your Order ID.

  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of the products.

 

2. Refund Policy

We do not accept returns on food items due to hygiene standards. However, we will offer a Full Refund or Free Replacement in the following specific cases:

  • Damage: The product container is broken, leaked, or crushed during transit.

  • Spoilage: The product is found to be spoiled or fungally infected upon opening (within shelf life).

  • Wrong Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.

  • Missing Item: Items from your order are missing in the package.

 

We do not offer refunds for personal taste preferences (e.g., "I did not like the taste/sweetness").

 

3. How to Process a Refund To claim a refund, you must follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:

  1. Do not consume the damaged/spoiled product.

  2. Take clear photos or a short video showing the issue (e.g., the damage, the batch code, and the outer box).

  3. Email us: Send the evidence along with your Order ID to mithaascollective@gmail.com .

 

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approval: We will review your evidence within 24 hours.

  • Initiation: If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment source (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.) within 3 business days.

  • Credit: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
